Yes, KBLB reminds me of the story of The Emperor's New Clothes:

"Two swindlers arrive at the capital city of an emperor who spends lavishly on clothing at the expense of state matters. Posing as weavers, they offer to supply him with magnificent clothes that are invisible to those who are stupid or incompetent. The emperor hires them, and they set up looms and go to work. A succession of officials, and then the emperor himself, visit them to check their progress. Each sees that the looms are empty but pretends otherwise to avoid being thought a fool. Finally, the weavers report that the emperor's suit is finished. They mime dressing him and he sets off in a procession before the whole city. The townsfolk uncomfortably go along with the pretense, not wanting to appear inept or stupid, until a child blurts out that the emperor is wearing nothing at all. The people then realize that everyone has been fooled. Although startled, the emperor continues the procession, walking more proudly than ever."

What's really funny is believing novelty items even a carnie would be embarrassed to display, somehow will bring "huge investors" and "partners...worth many billions of dollars" some sort of ROI. LOL.

Now, if I had nothing but short interest in a stock I was talking down to aid my position, I most definitely would pretend certain private companies who have shown interest in the field of the certain stock I'm interested in shorting would be praised.

Thankfully KBLB is operating from a monopolistic stance. Mr. T definitely won't tout that going forward. But, to any investor with a few pennies to invest, it's known the chasm between first and "second" grows wider with each passing day. Some of those "other companies" are wise enough to see their "created pathways towards commercialization" aren't in alignment with the path towards Spider Silk sustainability that KBLB is on, so they pivoted away to mushrooms and marketing other eco-novelties.

Now, don't get me wrong, the Novelty Market is a $16 BN market with a predicted 5% Growth Rate through 2023. So, it's definitely a niche suitable to attack for some companies. I believe KBLB is wise not to veer off into that space and stick to Industrial Strength and Specialized Fibers. Save the marketing gimmicks for those who need to use them to keep the Vultures from picking their bones clean.

DROP-IN AND GO KBLB! HOLDING THE GOLDEN!!!
