They have more than one major reverse merger in the works.

Here’s why I’m saying that. It’s just a simple exercise of joining up the dots and reading between the lines in yesterday’s excellent press release.

Let’s remember that they said in the press release yesterday that they are working “expeditiously” with OTC Markets to bring the company current as soon as possible.

1) That shows that they are in a hurry.

2) They have “major transactions” to announce. I.E. more than one as they use the plural - “transactions.”

In my experience this means that they have at least one major reverse merger in the works but likely, multiple reverse mergers lined up.

Then they say major transactions to “announce” - to me that sounds like those multiple transactions are signed sealed and delivered i.e. that they have already closed them, as they are waiting to “announce” them.

All of this is just me dissecting the company’s words and what they’re really saying.

I’m just giving my take on it.

Why do I say that they have reverse mergers to announce rather than just good deals?

Well as far as I know, as long as I’ve been trading OTC tickers, FINRA won’t allow any reverse mergers to be completed unless the company is “Current Information” on OTC Markets.

I’m happy to be corrected if that’s not the case.

Here’s the kicker as I’ve already said they say that there’s more than one!

Also in the press release they say that they are becoming SEC reporting with a view to uplisting.

So you know minimum it’s to a higher tier of the OTC, at least. That much we know for sure.
