No debt, is good.

Float is not what I would call low, Medium to medium low maybe.

There was massive volume flipped earlier this year walling off at .02 for weeks 3-4 times.

I am in a stock with a 290,000 float, That!!! IS A LOW float my friend. Like 0.2% of this one?

Some of the best scams came from multi billion "companies. One was know as Madoff and another Enron.

I like the credentials on these folks, and think they could deliver, COULD-MAY deliver some some stuff and value.

If they do, they will want to uplist some day, and that will need a R/S at that time.

I have ridden out R/Ss on ones like this. But I bought the bottom, not the top when I did it.

I already made some money on this. And will again.
