I completely agree with this plan as it protects both sides should the drug either fail or succeed dramatically, though in the case of CV19, IBD, and OM the percentages you give are way low IMO.
Why should BP get lion's share of royalties if they took no risk, provided no input, and are along strictly for the ride in terms of distribution?
