Unfortunately JG is not in total control of the merger and despite what he does other parties can blow it for him.

Just so all are aware, kingB mentioned it as 30 million shares. Unless my math is wrong, JG has 66 Million (C. Norris math has him as 83.5 million, though this is all possibly related Gonzalez names, not sure who is more accurate) according to the last (mostly complete) financial statement from PASO. Did he sell 36 (53.5 in C. Norris math) million shares to leave him with 30 million?
