Deep Debt...personal issues....fraud and conspiracy seemed like the only out for him and he probably has enough narcissistic issues that he felt invincible after he 'got away' a few times. It's an age old story and likely Schena's path...That's my guess.....and validated by his complete intention of keeping the company's dismal financials hidden for 5 years and running. ARYC should be closed down imo.
