S1 requires effectiveness time...I dont think in your theory...it takes time to go on, do not eat cravings, do not place more pessimistics approaches, let the dust settle down

No WL before the RS because there isn’t enough uncommitted shares available.....Sorry. Now if you mean $0.15 instead, after the RS, that is a different story. I think traders will really dictate the price. VRUS does not really care what the price is if they need the money. It’s free for them.
