So much so, Hidalgo never mentions it at his recent presentations on emerging treatments. Wonder why?

Neither does the FDA care what Hidalgo and Iglesias love. There's no place in the standard IND forms submitted to the FDA, that asks: "Do Hidalgo, and Iglesias love this treatment?".
