I have been here since before it became VMSI, just got a blog account recently as part of investor hubs free trial to look at their tools. I am invested substantially.

So, being here for quite some time, I have seen the very first, and every comment since, regarding litigation. And, in seeing it for so long, some of it regurgitated several times, that is why it seems empty.

I am not a lawyer, simply an investor. My only point is if there isn't an intent to pursue litigation, why mention it? It certainly wouldn't intrigue me to invest if I casually read some of this stuff.

I enjoy the blogs and comments by everyone. But, I don't think our collective approach should be to deliver empty promises, similar to what we are complaining about from VMSI.

I'm down for a class action, litigation, or annual meeting if you need more ppl. This whole thing has been a disaster. Truly disappointing.
