I don't understand something and that is:

If Lordstown and others are too big as Rossi has said, WTF is taking so long with discussions of bolt-ons (extras) as what is a small fry going to offer that will make a difference ? I can't seem to reconcile it in my mind. Help

* There is like an 70% chance that a Hercules won't even get funding for a Prototype let alone mass production. Why would Rossi allow a small fry to jerk him around ? It's weak and embarrassing
