White Lion cannot load until another S1 is filed and is made effective. They're done per the earnings call:

Subsequent to July 31, an aggregate of approximately a $100,000 of principal and accrued interest converted into approximately 1.2 billion shares of the company’s common stock, and approximately 600 million shares were issued under the purchase agreement with White Lion, which fully completes our authorized equity funding under the S-1 that became effective during the beginning of August

New buyers will continue to move in at these levels IMO. There's a lot of upside at this point, regardless of a perceived R/S "threat" or not. Could still be a lot of good things brewing over the next month..no R/S will be done before Nov. 15 afterall.
