I don't seem to recall them doing that while "in the green" so to speak, that is, until near the end of a de-listing notice for compliance.

Anything "solar or battery related" is a high risk gamble. Fossil fuels always will always be most reliable fuel sources hands down since beginning of time... How the world works.
