1). What about another person coming in to manage this company from here?

2). What about another firm acquiring ARYC and its business model and proprietary technology as well?

3). All you got to do is contact Dept of Treasury and see if payrolls are being filed, etc...

4). All you got to do is contact IRS to see if tax flings have been filed.
