Ahhhh I gotta dig into this now... but that’s interesting ... so similar to along the lines of what Curt D was getting at there —- NeuroRX could merge into an RLFTF “spinout” (?)

Now that’d make sense and would appeal to GEM & other big investors (and all of us!) .... receive the equivalent shares (in value) of the new spinout, which GEM funds $100mln, if memory serves, “conditional” on NeuroRX’s public listing.

Seems to be about the right time and possibly place ! Thanks for sharing.
