So, in this case, Okin is allowing Sussberg to come clean (but he will not-paid hitman) by including equity and filing an honest (POR) Plan of Reorganization such as restructuring and NO FIRE SALE while in the bk court.

This will get very interesting as the EC gains much more power assuming the Judge does the correct action by allowing the EC to get rid of the DIP and move forward without the Lenders very heavy had by trying to legally steal between 4 and 8 billion in value of JCPNQ!
