Imanjen13, the total number of shares would be taken into account when multiplying the price per share to get company value.

The spike to .15 was preposterous and driven by money makers. There was no basis for the PPS.

IMO.

Market cap is not float x PPS. It's OS x PPS. Outstanding shares have a piece of the profit whether they're restricted or not.
