If this were a dead shell with 267M unrestricted it would probably be trading at .001 so right now the market is giving it a 6X premium over empty shell status, which is really pretty poor valuation considering how quickly they say they are growing. Something's not right. Either the company is not actually getting decent revenue (probably) or the market is vastly undervaluing the stock (unlikely but possible).
