Oh that would be hilarious if the person or group of people that dumped were some of our very own.

Then they could flip and be like 'Look! Someone's dumping!' to try to scare the price back down.

I wonder if you could track peoples 'sentiments' in relation to these dumps (and subsequent loads at lower prices) and see whose attitude flips.

Anyways, looking forward to the weeks months and years ahead here. Great points about LOI being terminated if CLX believed things were sketchy. Of course there's always risk, but I personally have no reason to doubt the future RM.
