He is abiding by an NDA which goes along with the LOI which is still active and on track based on a very recent CLX tweet to PASO shareholders.
If Bruce increased the share structure without CLX blessing, the LOI would have been terminated that same day. Guess what....it wasn’t and CLX told us everything is as planned and on track.
Everything is going off of CLXs timeline. They have literally held our hands this entire process. The ones complaining that they want the DA and they want it now are better off opening a certificate of deposit at their local community bank.
