AHEC is pissing in the wind. Notice the OFFICIAL committee of unsecured creditors has not weighed in and they are ahead in line of equity.

EVEN IF they were successful in getting the DIP loan vacated...there is still no magical value that will come out of the woodwork that will see much of anything getting to equity.

But Okin doesn’t care...he’s got his extra $750K to bill against and he has to do something for it I guess....lol.

Did any of you actually read this filing? It looks like it was written by one of the pumpers on this board. I could file a claim that I'm the King of England, doesn't mean it will hold water. But damn logic and the law. I claim that JCPNQ will be purchased by Amazon for $1000 per share. You just need to read between the lines of the lines and see all of that value.
