Kenny has cover for the next 15 days. The 30 day FDA letter response time. Then he can tell SHs what's in the letter- if he wants to. Or just send out a generic PR pump they are preparing the response. Or wait a week, and tell SHs the response to the FDA was made. It will be interesting to see how Kenny plays it.

But with the PPS fading, how long can Kenny wait before issuing another PR pump? Trot out Crabtree to give a spiel? Current pump material for Kenny is sort of sparse. Or with enough cash to pay the 3 amigos for the next 6 months, does PPS matter currently to Kenny?
