My initial thoughts were... "geez another speculative, jumping-to-conclusions post that's gonna get eeeveryone excited about a possible news drop and then everyone gets let down again, causing unnecessary emotional swings amongst weak investors."
But with caution, and because it came from you, I gave it a bit more thought...
I do find the informative mechanism to be slightly, oddly different for the following reasons:
1) The link is from Neuro's website (that's new)
2) It doesn't fit the prior formats of Dr. Yo interviews, Israel news interviews, or investor presentations.
3) It is scheduled right before market open.
That doesn't mean (at all) that I have a strong feeling you are correct, but if you are, we would see the Swiss exchange halted at request of Relief, before Javitt starts his presentation... that would tell us ;)
Now that being said... please don't anyone get their hopes up, because this is highly speculative and unlikely... hope I'm wrong! (oops... I just fell for it myself).
