You may re read the thousand posts I have already made regarding this SCAM to ascertain that for yourself.

This junk is buried under in convertible debt load, will never have any earnings, and will be driven down to .0001 by the toxic lenders who have 50% discounted shares to unleash upon penny stock marks.

Then the scam will hit 10B outstanding and reverse split on marks, making the prior price of .0001 per share look good.

If you cannot see the scam at this juncture, it is not my problem.
