Actually I did read the Florida case but clearly you didn’t watch today’s COURT trial and see the document showing Qmc discharged AN auditor WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE LENDER. It may have been the auditor who replaced the one who resigned and L2 claims that also violated the agreement. If you read the post you’re replying to you’ll see I said “AN auditor”. Not the auditor or the auditor Qmc claims resigned. You’re a contract guy, words matter.
