Maybe that’s what Qmc claims but one of the documents today referred to Qmc telling an auditor their services wouldn’t be needed. It’s not a jury trial now and the judge sided with multiple L2 objections. Also L2 cited a dozen defaults of the agreements not only the few reasons that have been disclosed by Qmc.
