Deal still looks like moving forward Q4/2020 imo. Like a few have stated, don’t be disappointed by no DA / only discussion of partners and application.

Need DA and RM with favorable terms to gauge. Still believe that’s a few weeks out. I could be wrong / or correct. Nobody knows. I like what the joint venture is doing though. Just remaining *cautiously* optimistic
