One thing: it's basically unheard of for a control bloc to be converted. That would leave the company essentially without management and would be a gross breach of fiduciary responsibility. The control bloc is for voting rights and control of the company. So yes, it's theoretically convertible but won't ever convert.
And thanks for standing up for me, but to anyone who's dissatisfied with the stock, running out of patience, or who finds factual information with occasional educated guesses identified as such to be 'pumping,' it's worth noting that the pps hit .018 on 9/28 and 9/29, so there were two recent days of opportunities to exit right near the 8-year high for this stock. I'm not going to spend any of my time engaging with those who persist with incessant whining and blaming about their own trading decisions. One thing I've never done on this or any other ticker, at any time, is give buy or sell advice, and everyone is responsible for their own DD and their own decisions. All the factual DD is rock solid--because it's factual--and there's nothing I or anyone else can do about new management taking some time to roll out their business plan. They're running a business, and they're not doing so to satisfy impatient day/swing traders who want to make a buck and move on.
