The “presumed innocent” mantra for schena has subsided but those declaring they see him at work and leaving for lunch at 9:38 pacific time forgot they were watching him from the eastern time zone. It’s all nonsense and the silence of arrayit screams at us all. ARYC SEC still investigating

I'm not sure that Dr Schena won't get any time here. Even with a deal, it seems like the penalties are pretty harsh. NOTE: I'm not saying this is the way it's going to go. He might get probation. I'm just saying that if there is a SEC conviction, here's a few averages to review.
