No. Santiago had it overturned. AGD lost their case so far, I believe.

The way I read the Court documents in Polk County, Florida is that AGD filed to take possession of the planes, but then Santiago Company came in and asserted that they were first lienor but had not been notified of AGD's action, as is required.

So AGD's claim was thrown out.

Santiago claimed to be first lienholder, so I guess TriStar Air LLC is still owner or Santiago would have claimed to be owner.

All of this is just opinion, and I have not studied the documents for more than about 15 minutes, so I could be wrong.
