Thanks for the analysis PS. I believe there was an issue with foreign ownership that caused them to change the share structure but that is purely speculation on my part. SOLS is definitely legit and I expect them to be acquired prior to 5 years so don't wait too long to jump back in. I'm in for the long haul.

Thank you for the information. I live right down the road from SOLS. I don’t know Don Personally, but have friends that trust him and his business. I found out about Sols from students at FIT. Decided to buy in and realized a lot of people I knew own shares also. Small town life, don’t know a lot and stocks and trying to learn as much as I can. Time will tell.
