Just another bs move by aapl et al. In my opinion, we are done with koh, unless we win on the aapl/amzn appeal on the 3rd.
I believe the motions/lawsuits being brought by aapl et al being heard on 5th will be dismissed by koh! Our "justice system" is a TOTAL MESS...too many BULLSHIT DELAYS, with no consequence!
