Whatever it is it will be painful if the judge doesn’t buy the weak “penalty” verbiage defense. There appears to be a lot more to the defaults than was claimed by Qmc that we paid too early on one and too late on the other (adding: changed accountants to the list of excuses) Also a funny match up between the slick city lawyer and the good ole boy common sense country boy acts. I think the country boy might entertain the judge but the law is still the law and so far it’s looking bad fir Texas.
