This CEO has diluted the share structure almost 40% in less than a year, and tell me one, just one thing he has accomplished in exchange for that?

Nothing. Complete buffoon who has no interest in doing positive things for MITI and its shareholders. I know of .0001 companies with huge debts and the worst financing there is who brought in acquisitions and JV's.

This guy can't even get a lemonade stand to come into MITI.

Some people are just no good at their job. Or business. Or hobbies. Or sports. Or poker. Or life.

Pretty obvious this guy has no business being a CEO of a publicly traded company.
