Exactly. I never suggested they would be bought by Medtronic. There is no “evidence” of such. You figured it out.
Investing requires some assumptions. Congratulations.

You want PROOF? If proof existed in the public realm, where do you think our stock price would be right now? I can assure you it wouldn't be only three times 25 cents. Maybe only 100 times. Maybe around 200 times. As several of us have explained numerous times, there cannot be proof in the public realm or it would cost MDT too much money because our share price would shoot up. Can anyone offer a logical reason for our share price to be this low if there was publicly available proof that a buyout was imminent?

However, if that were NOT the eventual plan, what reason would you or anyone else offer for the vast number of redactions in the publicized version of the agreement? Why would they be holding so much back from us? Why would Medtronic create an agreement with so much information kept secret? Head back to Edgar and re-read the filing. Notice where the redactions occur. Something like 134 times, they decided something shouldn't be shared with the public. Here's an interesting line with only 2 redactions:

"1.38 “[Redacted] Single Port Surgery” means robotic assisted surgery performed through a single incision or natural orifice, [Redacted]."

They aren't working together on just one technology. They want an interest in everything Titan is doing. Sure, that isn't proof, but the only time you will see proof is when they make the formal announcement that it is a done deal. By the time you get your proof, you will have lost the opportunity to optimize your investment portfolio. In the meantime, there cannot be proof.

All my opinion, of course...

Then dumb it down for me. Show me any link or physical proof that Medtronic is buying Titan. Perhaps I did not give you enough time. I can check in at the end of the day and see what you have found. I have found nothing to date that would indicate Medtronic is buying Titan.
