From first glance it appears the share structure is outrageous but seeing that they are In fact restricted commons by employees and insiders paints a much tighter picture. Lots of room for upward trajectory imo.

HNDRXX~ so it was a merger between CHNC & PRI, NOT an acquisition where CHNC purchased PRI LLC in Mar 2019, which is stated in the above-section of CHNC's Page on this Investorshub Website. Right? And it appears that PRI now has the upperhand, or is the Controlling Company in this merger, as Elizabeth Hernandes doesn't have as many Shares as the man listed in the top slot of the Chart that comes up after clicking the link you provided in your Post herewith, showing each person's number of Shares owned in each box on this Chart.
