1. There are no Notes for 2 years. 2. But there could be public offering(sometimes around public offering mms pulls the price down), for various reasons. I am expecting that public offering can come in Jan, 2021 .
But for next 3 months, MMs has got free hands. Sell above 100 dollars a share if they want.
$FLES - I think she is referring to the Public offering they filed for with the SEC REGA+ crowdfunding to raise $15M for growth and expansion at a minimum $2-$3 a share with the ability to raise the offer price at their discretion. The 1-A takes on average 4 months to approve and it was filed a month ago.
If share price is a lot higher the offer price will be higher. All those shares being sold direct to the public will add to the OS eventually. The higher the SP the less shares are added because the CAP is $15M.

If they raise the full $15 Million:
@ $2 = 7.5 Million shares added @ $3 = 5 Million shares added @ $4 = 3.75 Million shares added @ $5 = 3 Million shares added @ $10 = 1.5 Million shares added @ $15 = 1 Million shares added
Etc...Etc...Etc...
The higher the share price the higher they can make the offering price and the less shares will be added to the OS. Win Win for everybody!
