No, it doesn’t, or else something would’ve happened by now. Even Heddle doesn’t think so since if there was any sign that Nulixo or anyone else had been in communication with the company expressing interest in buying even one processor, then the filings would be up to date...

Thats bs. Look at Steve Price's history. He doesn't have anything but a failed idea. He's failed in many other attempts. First he needs money, second he needs to have an economically feasible method and most importantly he has to kick out whatever waste management company is currently there. Will never happen. Nulixo is a scam as bad as P2O.
