I think the reason he is working w Bob is because they have known each other for a while. They are both Canadians, and Bob has a public company that represents a way for Rick to get rich if he builds Inperium into a meaningful EV contender. It is a win win situation for both. Rick has a lot of shares in DSGT (I believe and we will see as SEC FILINGS are published.)
What is germane here is that Rick is operating semi autonomously from Bob. Bob doesn't know the car business. Rick does. . We, DSGT shareholders are betting here on Rick. As Kevin said to one of the IHub members, Kevin thinks Inperium is extremely undervalued here. I agree with that.
