NWS not getting cancelled by SCOTUS or any other time soon. Best possible outcome with SCOTUS is that they remand back to lowers. 12/9 is gonna be a dud.

The SP would go to 5-6 the day they announce that FnF are going to be uplisted. So, min SP is not an issue and a RS is not need to reach min price.
