In the end, the Note may be the determining factor.

The counter to that would be if the noteholder, in his capacity at TMPS, actually caused the default to his benefit and against the best interests of his TMPS shareholders.

I suspect Johan C. is either interested in that possibility, or has reached some kind of second deal for what were his tanker jets.

All just speculation on my part.
