Now let's think about this there are two basic reasons to do a reverse split. One to reduce the Outstanding shares for the purpose of adding shares diluting in return for funding. Like getting a personal loan by putting up your car title. Desperate moves in desperate times. Another reason and more positive is if he could organically grow the share price through business operations and then maybe stall based on valuation to O.S. at a certain price. He might consider a RS to lift the stock price to qualify to trade in a broader market. Of course my opinion only.
