I have been working on assembling a talented team of technical and business leaders (who, like me, are willing to work for "out of the money" stock warrants as their sole compensation) and set the direction for research and development of detection and treatment of coronavirus.

That is because Halberd has no money, no assets and no property. What this really means they will be diluting the stock at every opportunity and never produce any results.

Research at ASU started September 1st, 2 weeks later they re-created the spike antigen and another 2 weeks later they had the covid antibody that's being tested at the moment. Flying start because the principal investigator dr Qiang Chen did covid19 diagnostics from April on to now. I'm expecting a lot of news updates because when they add the fluorescence to the antibody they have their molecule ready for patent application/joint IP, a rapid diagnostic test that ASU will use to improve their own rapid test.
