False. Being proficient in Blender, Maya, 3D Max does not allow you to create a 3D model of a product you do not have in your possession. In order to create the skins you need a high definition laser scanner or you can take approximately 300 photos and stitch them together in Mesh Room. Good luck finding anybody who will do this for under a few hundred dollars and provide you with a decent result. And again, to stress the point, the skins cannot be created without having the actual product in your hands. You can try and recreate it from scratch, but you will have a cartoonish looking model and not an exact representation.
