Nope I don’t know any more than I’ve posted and I don’t know anyone who has access to that kind of information I just go by where the evidence seems to be leading me.

All I’m suggesting here is that if Regent Theraputics was selling back the approved patents to the company why would NSPX then issue shares rather than arrange financing to take ownership of the patents again?

Why issue a majority controlling interest to Regent Theraputics, put out an 8K stating that there has been a change in control of the company which will be filed with Delaware Secretary of State and issue Regent Theraputics 54% of the current outstanding shares then preferred shares that convert at $10 and when fully converted give Regent Theraputics 80% voting control.

Seems like a lot of effort just to transfer ownership of the patents previously held by NSPX back to NSPX only to issue a majority share holding to the previous owners and then say that they are going to change the name of the company.

Seems like something else is going on. But all I can do is point out what I can see.

Whether you decide to buy or not is up to you my friend
