misiu143.. Actually I followed your advice ..and added Quercetin to my regime of Vit D...Zinc ..and CoQ-10..!!!for both my patient’s and myself..

I was never a fan of Vitamins before the Pandemic..Other than Vit D for ALL..and Calcium for my female patients..!!!
