Actually, I disagree that we don't have a case. I think there is a great as well as unprecedented case. The problem is now, always has been, and always will be, that the plaintiffs and thus the shareholders simply have chosen the wrong defendant. Like you said, "you can't fight city hall", yet after 13 years there are so many who think this is going to change overnight. Ugh. Sadly, it's not.
