#27452 RE: Cottage on the Lake #27451

No exact date given, but has to happen pretty quick, perhaps
by end of month. ... end of year is coming up quick.

From an accounting standpoint, not sure what advantages there are
to doing split / merger before end of year? ... or waiting
until January?

... IMO, the sooner the better and then the company needs to show there was some value to shareholders.

Not sure how long that takes?

"And we expect the RS and new ticker to occur this month? I am hoping that following the merger they are able to get out of pinkville and attract some institutional investors. From the conf call last month it sounded like a few were already lining up. This company has been the one dumpster fire in my portfolio."

I get a headache trying to understand this company. They said the merger will take place after the reverse split, and they can't reveal Netcapital information .

Then they list 73 employees siting
the merger agreement. They seem to want
it both ways, the merger has and hasn't
happened yet? What are they trying to pull? Are these shenanigans part of the
reason for the stock price continuing
down? Anyone else confused?
