I would accumulate between now and Dec 9. It's what I have been doing for 2 years on the down slopes. I don't think we will be seeing anything price wise, on fmcc or fnma, much lower than we already are. Both are highly manipulated on the otc crap board, so try to do your due diligence. Many common posters here will genuinely try to help you, I'm sure. Not so much for the junior preffered posting here though. They try to sell you a used car that's a lemon. So be careful

I own both. More Freddie because they were cheaper.
