Actually it's a limited Liability Company versus a corporation so it has member(s) versus shareholders.

It was organized on 9/2 by the Turner CEO, James Smith.
As you can see he identified Turner Valley as the sole "Governing Person", or member.

So there was a product in existence when Smith formed the Bloomi Company, but who is getting the "$15,000.00 in TVOG common stock at $0.005 or 3,000,000 shares distributed equally to BLL unit holders" given that only 1 unit holder was identified on 9/2 and it was Turner?
