A lot like Germany. Germans get a 40% tax just for healthcare.

Pretty high, starts at 32% and goes up to 58% top tax on a progressive scale. Denmark slightly higher as the highest tax rate in the world as far as I am aware.

KarinCA, don't know Swedish tax rates, but throughout Scandinavia most consumer goods have a sales tax around 20-25%.
I used to own a company in Norway and that was taxed 28%.
